Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities :

• Shape product vision and strategy
• Gather and prioritize requirements, write user stories and story grooming
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering on implementation
• Direct UI/UX design and user testing
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Integrate with networking technology components and systems
• Create technical documentation
• Optimize performance and scalability
• Define and measure success metrics
• Evangelize and drive adoption

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, and diagraming tools.
• Experience with Messaging technologies for SMS/MMS/RCS, IMS solutions
• Experience working with Business Messaging products is preferred
• Good understanding of Cloud platforms, APIs - REST, SMPP, others
• Familiarity with Messaging market and competitive landscape
• Visual thinking and diagramming
• Clear and concise technical writing
• Cross-functional collaboration

Location : Walnut Creek, CA
Onsite: 2-3 days/week
