The Director of Real Estate & Facilities Management is responsible for strategically managing the real estate portfolio and overseeing facilities operations for approximately 200 field business units across Integrity. This role ensures that real estate decisions align with the organization's financial goals, operational needs, and strategic growth objectives. Reporting through the procurement function, this position will collaborate with key stakeholders, including operations, finance, legal, and executive leadership, to optimize the portfolio, manage costs, and maintain high-performing facilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Real Estate Portfolio Management:
    • In partnership with our Managing Partners and key stakeholders, develop and implement a comprehensive real estate transaction strategy that aligns with business growth, cost efficiency, and operational requirements.
    • Participate in site selection, lease negotiation, renewals, expansions, consolidations, and dispositions.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure real estate decisions support business goals.
    • Conduct market analysis and leverage data insights to optimize location performance and cost management.
    • Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, and other external partners.


  • Facilities Management:
    • Oversee maintenance, repair, and operations services supporting the shared services center.
    • Manage and communicate clear service level agreements (SLAs) and performance expectations to service providers and office managers.
    • Work with business leadership to establish preferred vendors to organize and execute office moves and tenant improvements.
    • Partner with Head of Security to select and assure that proper systems and equipment is available in Integrity office environments.
    • Implement policies and procedures for facility operations, security, and emergency preparedness.


  • Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and manage the annual budget for real estate and facilities operations.
    • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor cost efficiency and portfolio performance.
    • Partner with the finance team to forecast expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support financial planning processes.


  • Strategic Procurement Alignment:
    • Align real estate and facilities strategies with procurement policies and objectives.
    • Leverage procurement best practices to optimize vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and sustainability goals.


  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of real estate and facilities professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to support career growth.


Primary Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CCIM) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of lease administration, property management, and real estate finance.
  • Proven experience managing large, distributed portfolios in a multi-location environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and data analytics tools.
