Location: Chelsea, MI hospital
Pay: $39.77-53.32 per hour based upon licensed nursing experience + applicable shift premiums (when working afternoons, overnights and weekends)

Position Purpose:
The House Administrator coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization, in a cost-effective manner. This role collaborates to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedures, and to assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and departments. The House Administrator represents the organizational leadership across all venues on their designated shift, and collaborates to make decisions and act on behalf of the leadership team.
Shifts Available: 7am-7:30pm
Status Available: Full time, benefit eligible (72 hours per pay period, every two weeks)
Weekend and holiday rotation required

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required.
- RN License in State of Michigan required.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience required. 5 years preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Progressive experience in health care including involvement in direct patient care, educating staff, supervising staff, and problem solving of unit or organizational issues.
- CPI certification within 6 months of hire.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office products
