About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Developer Enablement team and lead the charge on improving the developer experience at scale. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of accelerating engineering efficiency, empowering hundreds of developers across Hinge Health to deliver better, faster, and more reliable software.
You'll shape the vision and roadmap for internal developer platforms and tooling-partnering with Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and Infrastructure to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and enable consistent, high-quality delivery across our codebase. Experience with AI-powered tools and developer agents is highly valued, as we aim to accelerate development and enable engineering teams to adopt AI-first approaches. You will collaborate closely with teams across the USA, India, and Canada to drive this initiative forward.

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $270,000

What You'll Accomplish
- Define the Strategy: Set the vision and roadmap for Developer Enablement across tooling, process, platform evolution, and AI-powered developer tools.
- Understand the Pain Points: Work closely with developers to identify friction in the development lifecycle-from local dev to CI/CD to production monitoring.
- Drive Internal Product Development: Partner with Engineering and SRE teams to build and scale tools and platforms that enhance productivity, code quality, and operational excellence.
- Champion Best Practices: Establish and promote consistent engineering standards for testing, documentation, deployments, observability, and on-call readiness.
- Accelerate with AI: Explore and integrate AI/ML tools that assist in code generation, test automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization. Enable teams to seamlessly adopt and leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle.
- Measure Impact: Develop and track KPIs around developer velocity, system reliability, build performance, and satisfaction to continuously optimize the platform experience.
- Lead Cross-functional Initiatives: Drive alignment across engineering teams and help prioritize high-impact investments in developer efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on internal platforms, DevOps, or developer tools.
- A strong technical foundation-you understand the needs of software engineers and can dive into topics like CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and build systems.
- Experience with developer-focused AI tools, GitHub Copilot or Cursor, LLM-integrated workflows, or agent-based developer platforms.
- A track record of execution-you've led complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch, and delivered measurable improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare, regulated, or high-compliance environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Knowledge of monolith-to-microservices transitions or service platform standardization.
- Experience supporting mobile development workflows and improving developer experience for iOS/Android app teams.
