Reporting to Director of Planning, you will build and execute raw material planning strategies for assigned pillar to support production. You'll coordinate with Enterprise Procurement, Operations, Supply Planning, Research & Development, Brand Management, Finance and Logistics to ensure the needs of internal customers are met.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure all ingredients and packaging materials are available to support ongoing production requirements
- Manage inventory levels to help mitigate potential supply and quality issues
- Manage obsolete material inventories with a continuous improvement mindset
- Provide support for planning materials or services, cost savings projects and process improvement
- Promote the processes, procedures and metrics required from the plants to have a valuable supplier scorecard
- Monitor and analyze data to ensure adequate supply
- Develop and maintain a working relationship with vendors
- Manage supplier inventory and print runs
- Provide forecasts and coordinate inventory run out plans on transitioning materials
- Monitor vendor quality and service performance with internal customers
- Assistance with product status from time of order placement until plant arrival to be used for production as related to new materials
- Guide consistency across plants as it relates to best in practice raw material procurement and supplier relationship
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Planning or related field
- Experience working with procurement and building supplier relationships.
- Experience with inventory planning practices
- SAP or comparable ERP system
- Excel - vlookups, formula relationships, pivot tables, etc.
- PowerPoint - Comfortable making weekly presentations providing status updates
- Experience managing team of multiple people
- Managing multiple priorities, projects and tasks
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment
- Number of days in the office: 3 Tuesday through Thursday
