- Drive data-informed promotional strategy for specific markets to achieve Retail revenue goals, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes in market conditions
- Oversee and maintain program calendars, and configure and manage discounts across multiple POS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with business objectives
- Within E-Commerce platform, build and maintain promotions and associated online menus to drive customer redemption
- Develop and execute marketing plans with objectives, strategies, and tactics to support market growth targets driven by analytical insights
- Develop strategies and action plans for Retail Marketing including promotional events, partner collaborations and community outreach initiatives
- Work cross- functionally with Retail, Commercialization, and Operations to deliver best-in-class marketing to launch and support product roadmaps
- Maintain deep knowledge of the consumer, markets, competitors and trends to develop data-driven plans to capitalize on opportunities
- Responsible for adhering to marketing budget
- KPIs will be measured primarily by the success of patient/customer growth, meeting revenue targets, expanding patient/customer product mix portfolio
- Collaborate on other marketing projects such as seasonal campaigns or efforts to gather customer insights and feedback
- Other duties as assigned, contributing to our overall marketing objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years working in Marketing with a focus on promotional strategy and execution
- Strategic mind-set, with experience in developing business strategies in complex and dynamic business environments
- 3+ years in consumer-packaged goods marketing, digital marketing, or retail marketing preferred
- Experience leading a team in a matrixed organization
- Experience contributing to the retail planning process
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong customer focus and relationship orientation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Regional and national travel required
