Radiologic Technologist - Day Shift (40 Hours/Week)
Brighton, MA
Day Shift | Every 3rd Weekend Rotation
Full-Time | Hospital-Based
Salary: $80k - $82k

The Radiologic Technologist will perform a wide range of diagnostic radiographic procedures, applying independent judgment and technical skill to deliver high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient comfort and safety. You'll work under the direction of the Technical Manager, contributing to efficient workflow and exceptional clinical service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic exams with precision and minimal need for repeat imaging
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for each exam
- Ensure radiation safety through proper shielding, collimation, and image labeling
- Maintain orderliness of equipment and cleanliness of imaging area
- Collaborate with technologists, physicians, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Assist with clerical and transport duties as needed
- Contribute to quality assurance and film processing procedures
- Complete tracking and documentation for accurate billing and reporting
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
- Valid Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license or temporary license
- ARRT certification (or eligible with one year to obtain)
- BLS certification (Required)
