Overall Purpose of The Job

Oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate team efforts and third-party contractors, define project objectives, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently.
• Lead and support project teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor and report on project budgets.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, network architecture, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Required Competencies

• Technical understanding across multiple platforms.

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 9 years in IT project management.
• Minimum 5 years with SaaS, IaaS, End-user, Cloud, and Security platforms.
• Experience presenting to all levels, including C-level executives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.
• 5+ years with Agile project management methodologies.
• 5 - 9 years managing medium-scale IT transformation projects.
• 5+ years with cloud computing technologies and services.
• 1 year with cybersecurity projects.

Required Languages

• English.

Travel / Rotation Requirements

• Occasional work outside normal business hours.
• Offsite work/visits to various Phoenix office locations.
• Flexibility for international stakeholder meetings.
