The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to take initiative and work in an unstructured environment, and be comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent problem-solving skill, combined with impeccable business and ability to communicate and influence senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the Google Cloud business, our headcount landscape, and our business economics.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in helping the business effectively manage headcount and payroll growth against our strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and improve near term (forecast) and longer term (annual plan, long range plan) planning assumptions, drivers, and impact visibility of changes in priorities.
- Cultivate relationships with People Operations, Staffing, Strategy and Operations teams to design, develop, and monitor implementation of workforce initiatives.
- Partner closely with Compensation, Benefits, and Accounting teams to understand drivers and changes in employee compensation, as well as opportunities to effectively manage cost of employment.
