The right person will help implement, administer, and maintain the critical systems that fuel the organization's operation. About this Role
Lightmatter is searching for a Systems Administrator to help manage our finance and supply chain systems. The right person will help implement, administer, and maintain the critical systems that fuel the organization's operation. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited about learning new technologies and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, advise, and configure our Finance and Supply Chain applications (ERP, PLM, Procurement, Expense, Travel Management, etc.), driving best practices supporting current and future-state needs.
- Develop and implement workflows and other automations to increase process efficiency, improve system functionality, and meet business needs.
- Develop reporting and analytics designed to drive data-based decision making and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions for our internal customers.
- Create and follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices to support flawless system releases.
- Work closely with Infosec and GRC to ensure compliance and security for our critical systems and data.
- Develop and manage integrations between/among financial and other business systems (e.g., payroll tools, CRM, reporting tools, etc.)
- Stay current with system updates, releases, and new features, and identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities.
- Support upgrades, changes, new features, maintenance, and integrations for the systems you manage.
- Set up new users, manage licenses, system access, and privileges, and offer training to end users to ensure data security.
- Work closely with our vendors, partners, and IT to resolve system issues, implement application patches, and perform system upgrades and testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years Systems Analyst, System Administrator, or equivalent roles, preferably with ERPs or financial systems.
- 4+ years of experience administering NetSuite
- 2+ years of experience managing complex system integrations with ERPs
- Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into IT systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users alike
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification
- Experience with the Semiconductor industry and business process flows
- Experience with Arena PLM and/or Solidworks
- Thorough knowledge of software structure, testing techniques, and issue resolution methods
- Experience with IPaaS tools will be helpful
