JD: Java Lead: Must Have: Senior Java FSD, completely hand on, should be back end Heavy in his skills (with skills listed below), with moderate exposure in UI framework Angular Should be good at Designing concepts, should be able to troubleshoot and guide/handle the team members (around 4). Should be proficient in Spring boot, Apache Kafka, Flink, Security APIs , SQL Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Lead with 11+ years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, hands-on in backend-heavy development, with moderate exposure to Angular for UI development. This role requires strong design capabilities, troubleshooting skills, and leadership experience to guide and manage a team of developers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. Provide moderate contributions to front-end development using Angular framework. Implement and optimize solutions using Apache Kafka, Flink, and Security APIs. Design scalable and secure solutions while adhering to best practices and standards. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide mentorship to team members (team size ~4). Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize SQL queries and manage relational databases for efficient data handling. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the team. Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation. Required Skills: Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and Flink. Security: Hands-on experience with Security APIs and secure coding practices.
