Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for success.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business objectives, facilitate sprint activities, and translate business needs into strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure a customer-centric and data-driven approach to advocate for iterative deliverables with measurable outcomes.
  • Create and maintain an actionable and prioritized backlog.
  • Serve as the liaison between the product owner, delivery team, and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in or facilitate all agile ceremonies (e.g., standups, planning, retrospectives).
  • Lead discovery efforts to ensure the right problems are being solved.
  • Instill a product mindset with a balanced team approach:
    • Break down complex problems into simple solutions focused on customer needs.
    • Use data-driven approaches to solve problems and validate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the business.
  • Coach, mentor, or pair with other Product Managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study: Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing product development and development methodology, ideally Extreme Programming.
  • Experience with Lean and User-Centered Design methodologies.
Scope of Job:
  • Perform product management and delivery for complex products, potentially across multiple teams.
  • Define appropriate stakeholders for involvement.
  • Work under general supervision.
