Lead Technical Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Public Sector Solutions Group (PS2G) is seeking a Lead Technical Analyst with specialized expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will be a key contributor in managing and optimizing the Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and operates at peak performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical analysis and design initiatives to ensure Dynamics 365 meets enterprise-level requirements.
• Customize solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and native Dynamics 365 tools.
• Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and system integrations.
• Manage data migrations, transformations, and system upgrades across the Dynamics CE environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes, implement new features, and ensure platform reliability.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical issues, driving resolution and system improvement.
• Conduct performance and architecture reviews to support scalability and growth.
• Ensure technical documentation, workflows, and compliance measures (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) are current and effective.
• Lead integration and reporting efforts using tools like Power BI for business intelligence.
• Support infrastructure management on Microsoft Azure, leveraging tools like PowerShell and Azure CLI.

Requirements
What You'll Bring

Required:

• 5-7 years of experience in technical analysis, with deep focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong development experience in C# and .NET frameworks.
• Knowledge of system configuration, customization, and cross-platform integration.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to manage complex projects in dynamic, remote-first environments.

Preferred:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
• Experience with large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in public sector and regulated environments.

Additional Information

• Candidates will be required to complete a HackerRank technical assessment as part of the selection process.
• Occasional travel to Springfield, IL, may be required for critical project phases or stakeholder meetings.
