Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, including scheduling, material ordering, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports, ensuring all records meet company standards and industry regulations.
- Work closely with subcontractors to ensure they understand project scope, expectations, and timelines; monitor performance and coordinate activities to prevent delays.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and building codes, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Assist with budgeting, track project expenses, and manage cost-control measures, preparing regular financial updates to help keep the project within budget.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or requests.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar role and/or a degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
