Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retailer accounts
- Understand the needs and requirements of key customers and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
- Manage daily transactions and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to leadership team
- Forecast and track key account metrics to ensure growth attainment.
- Identify and grow opportunities within each key account
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager with national retailer chains
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and negotiate effectively.
