DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support three senior leaders at Nexar: our CFO, VP of Enterprise Growth, and Chief R&D Officer. This hybrid role blends executive support with hands-on project and event coordination, including client-facing workshops, conferences, and frequent business travel. You'll manage complex calendars, drive internal initiatives, and own end-to-end planning of high-impact meetings, internal events, and external-facing experiences. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented executor with a calm, can-do mindset and a passion for keeping things moving from behind the scenes.
The role is based out of NYC and requires about 50% travel availability.

REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills & qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Experience with global teams and managing complex international schedules.
- Tech savvy and very much able to employ different software solutions to optimize and automate as much as possible.
- Top proficiency in English (mandatory, only applications submitted in English will be considered).
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in managing calendars, G-suit, Google Slides, excel, and project management tools
