This role leads the strategic use of digital channels-paid media, SEO, email, web, and emerging platforms-to attract and convert prospects while enhancing engagement at every stage of the customer journey. Operating within the Optimizely platform and integrated with D365, the Head of Digital & Performance Marketing ensures a cohesive, data-informed approach that supports sales growth, improves marketing efficiency, and elevates the end-to-end experience for both customers and prospects.

What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
- Develop and execute digital strategies that drive qualified residential and commercial leads.
- Continuously improve conversion rates through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Ensure alignment with sales goals, leveraging D365 for lead tracking and pipeline visibility.
- Customer Experience & Digital Journey Management:
- Design and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints to increase engagement and satisfaction.
- Use personalization (local markets), automation, and behavioral insights within Optimizely to enhance experiences for new and existing customers.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as time on site, bounce rate, conversions and customer feedback.
- Analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Platform & Technology Integration:
- Manage and optimize the integration of Optimizely and D365 to create a seamless, data-informed marketing ecosystem.
- Ensure digital tools and systems are used to their full potential for personalization, campaign automation, and analytics.
- Collaborate with IT and Marketing/Sales/Customer Experience teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in platform capabilities.
- Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of paid and non-paid digital campaigns across channels (search, social, display, video).
- Drive ROI through rigorous performance analysis, budget management, and channel optimization.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Map and influence digital customer journeys, engaging experiences across all touchpoints to support long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team with clear KPIs and development goals.
- Partner closely with sales, product, operations, and customer service to align efforts and ensure marketing supports key business objectives.
- Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a Related Field (Concentration in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Digital Strategy) - Required:
- Proven experience managing web sites and digital programs for enterprise companies.
- 7+ years Progressive Experience:
- Digital Marketing, with a Strong Emphasis on Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and customer experience across B2C and B2B audiences
- 5+ years in a Leadership or Management Role:
- Overseeing teams, budgets, and digital programs at a strategic and tactical level.
- Demonstrated Experience Designing and Executing Integrated Campaigns Across Key Digital Channels:
- Paid search, display, social, email, SEO, and website.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a Related Field (Concentration in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Digital Strategy) - Required:
- Experience Managing Marketing Technology Stacks and Vendors:
- Including agencies and digital tools.
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Deep understanding of multi-channel digital strategies ensures the ability to build integrated campaigns that drive both lead generation and customer engagement across residential and commercial audiences.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Strong knowledge of paid media, ROI analysis, attribution modeling, and KPIs is essential for optimizing campaigns and allocating budgets effectively.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Skilled in planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Project Management:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are needed to manage multiple campaigns, platforms, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Adapt to Changing Market and Technology Trends:
- Agility to respond to shifts in consumer behavior, new platforms, or regulatory changes ensures marketing remains effective and future-ready.
- Communicate Complex Concepts Simply:
- Clearly articulating data-driven decisions and digital strategies to non-marketing stakeholders is key to gaining buy-in and driving business impact.
