We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to join our Fort Worth Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, overseeing the Manufacturing Engineering Budget, and driving continuous improvement efforts. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, as well as the development of processes and standards to support lean and 6S methodologies.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Budget Oversight:Manage the Manufacturing Engineering Budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Work Prioritization:Prioritize and plan work activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing solutions.
- Process Development:Develop and implement processes and standards to support lean manufacturing and 6S methodologies.
- Safety and Quality:Dedicate efforts to improving safety and quality within the manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Experience in lieu of degree
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and 6S methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective budgeting and resource management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

The pay range for this position is $100,450 - $172,200 and comes with a 10% incentive compensation. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
