Salary: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology integrations tailored to meet diverse client challenges in the travel and transportation sectors.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, project management, and account management to engineer innovative technological solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to construct tailored systems and adaptable software solutions.
• Ensure the seamless integration of new systems into client operations, maximizing functionality and aligning with business goals.
• Champion the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols, ensuring technology solutions surpass industry standards.
• Manage comprehensive project lifecycles across all integration efforts, including budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic oversight.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in systems integration or management within transportation, airline, rail, or cruise industries.
• Minimum of 8 years in a leadership role, guiding teams and influencing senior management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading substantial organizational change initiatives with minimal disruption.
• In-depth understanding of business and technical operations within a complex logistical or transportation environment.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a proven ability to devise and implement effective operational solutions.
• Extensive project management experience, adept in managing projects from conception through to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP).
