Pay Range: $50 - $65/HR

Project
- Data Transformation and Integration
- Manages large and important projects affecting business units across the Company and works directly with the client user community and business owners to investigates and resolves data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format and function and advises on best reporting practices.
- Prepare technical analytics requirements, provides and review critical path analysis and data quality assurance for analytics methodology, coordination within all Business and IT functions to deliver to analytics strategies.
- Feature Engineering
- Develop New Business Ready Data Models by joining across subject areas, transforming and creating new features and delivering a Dataset enabling advanced reporting and dataset for Machine Learning by the Data Scientists.
- Automate Data Quality, Governance and Monitoring.
- Implement data validation, quality checks to ensure accuracy of the data.
- Establish data governance practices to ensure data security, privacy and compliance is according to company standards.
- Automate data engineering tasks such as transformation and lading using python scripts.
- Set up monitoring such that data anomalies and failures are promptly raised for action and awareness.
- Extracts and analyzes data from specific applications, systems and/or databases to create reports and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data.
- Performance Optimization
- Participate and contribute to the optimization of Snowflake ETL, processing workflows that would help reduce latency.
- Collaboration and Communication.
- Continuous Cross Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders to drive meaningful requirements.
- Work closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists on the team to develop data models enabling for advanced reporting.
- Ensure proper documentations of the product data pipeline, subject area and intake processes.
- Timely progress updates to stakeholders on data engineering activities and projects.
- Formulate strategic and tactical plans according to the business initiatives and reporting requirements.
- Work as a liaison to clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert on the reporting process they represent.
