We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Irvine, California. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
Oversee recruitment goals and promote continuous improvement within hiring processes to enhance results.
Utilize creative sourcing methods to establish pipelines for senior-level and executive candidates.
Lead initiatives to strengthen employer branding and position the organization as an industry leader in talent acquisition.
Conduct hiring needs analysis and provide forecasts to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process by optimizing workflows and leveraging innovative solutions.
Drive the adoption of modern recruitment tools and strategies, including social media, diversity-focused outreach, and employer branding efforts.
Manage partnerships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other third-party resources.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to reduce hiring timelines and overall recruitment costs.
Maintain and update job postings across various platforms, including BambooHR, LinkedIn, and other career sites.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years specializing in recruitment.
HR certification, such as PHRca or similar, is highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of recruitment strategies, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and build collaborative relationships across teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
A detail-oriented approach and positive attitude, with an innate ability to connect with individuals.
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as BambooHR, ATS platforms, and other hiring technologies.
