We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Revenue Management professional to join a leading gaming and hospitality organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing revenue management strategies to maximize resort profitability. This position requires a high level of analytical expertise, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to lead a results-driven team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic pricing models to optimize room revenue and overall resort profitability.
Oversee inventory management processes to ensure an effective balance between transient, group, and casino guest allocations.
Apply advanced forecasting techniques and data analytics to predict demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine revenue strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage casino comp availability and dynamic cash rates to align with patron value and resort profitability objectives.
Collaborate with group sales teams to establish pricing strategies that consider guest spending across multiple revenue channels.
Conduct group displacement analyses to ensure optimal business mix and revenue allocation.
Lead regular revenue strategy meetings, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate pricing efficiency and overall revenue performance.
Supervise and mentor a team of revenue management professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Control Board registration, Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM) and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
7-10+ years of revenue management experience in a large-scale casino resort or luxury hospitality environment.
Expertise in casino resort revenue management, including hotel, gaming, and group sales.
Strong knowledge of casino comping, dynamic casino cash rate strategies, and total revenue optimization.
Experience with revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker), CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
Deep understanding of market segmentation, demand forecasting, and pricing optimization.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and manage complex business strategies.
Demonstrated experience in IDeaS, LMS, SQL, and Tableau preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a 24/7 business cycle.
