We are looking for a Director, Sales and Account Management. The Director, Sales and Account Management takes personal ownership and accountability for managing current assigned accounts and growing the business within those accounts. This leader will also focus on developing new account partnerships, increasing client market share. They will ensure a clear understanding of the product and service value propositions to secure and drive results and be comfortable presenting EP's suite of products and services. The Director of Sales and Account Management will build and maintain strong relationships at the C-Suite level with entertainment companies across all production models to grow and strengthen EP's position in the marketplace. This individual has a curiosity to constantly learn, leads by example, and has excellent and professional executive presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for delivering annual sales targets and quotas for current assigned accounts and net-new clients, by growing revenues and scaling this growth
  • Partner with COE leadership in negotiation and contract development.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently to Studio and Production C-Suite Executives with a deep understanding for professional sales pitches.
  • Prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate progress and objectives to external clients and upper management.
  • Bring clarity around client expectations and help resolve the most challenging client situations in order to retain business and grow new business opportunities.
  • Provide reporting, projections, and forecasts through multiple techniques including lead and opportunity management, competition and industry analysis, client growth/account plans, and target/quota reports communicating to EP Executive Leadership.
  • Held accountable for the lead and opportunity processes, including case management, effective client communication and timely, regular follow-up.
  • Partner with other business units across all levels within the EP Organization on product and service strategy and timing of delivery, while keeping the success of our clients in mind, and holding business units accountable for deliverables to drive client sales.
  • Build lasting internal and external client relationships and gain an in-depth knowledge of their key business needs, internal operations, and insight into areas of key client value.
  • Ensure the delivery of strategic, value-added solutions and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business.
  • Operate as an escalation point.
  • Manage the establishment and execution of a Business Account Plan that identifies key client relationships and their long-term success goals.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.


JOB REQUIRMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent line of study
  • 10+ years of proven professional track record and experience as Client Business Executive, Strategic Account Executive, Sales Leader, Client Relationship Executive or equivalent
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred or industry/job experiences equivalent
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • Extensive knowledge of sales incentive plans/commission plan etc.
  • Experience managing and growing pipeline, lead development and opportunity management.
  • Extensive contract development experience
  • Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and ability to navigate the sales process with multiple stakeholders and C-suite decision makers with positive results
  • Strong financial, data reporting, and business acumen
  • Superior presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Highly creative with ability to generate ideas and execute against them
  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with client
  • Ability to demonstrate professional demeanor under various circumstances
  • General knowledge of motion picture and television productions as well as production management
  • Proficient within MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and familiar with Salesforce

The salary range for this position in $170,000 to $200,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
