Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Director Project Management, this position leads, actively participates and drives all phases of a project to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished as outlined within the prescribed project management processes. The responsibility of this position includes collaborating with the project stakeholders and providing resource recommendations, updates and progress status related to the business design of the project.
In addition, this position will analyze, provide business requirements, troubleshoot, identify root causes, contribute to the development of cost benefit analyses, and recommend improvements to current and future projects and processes.
The salary ranges for positions are based on current market industry studies as well as job evaluations. During the offer phase Management will determine the appropriate compensation within the compensation range based on experience, education and internal equity.
The compensation salary range for this position is $101,294-$127,000
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field and/or five or more years of equivalent experience in financial services operations to include supervisory, project management and related business analysis experience. Strong working knowledge and understanding of computer software and applications used to support report development and analysis and presentation software (e.g. Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, Wrike, PowerPoint or similar). Proven experience in developing business requirements and process workflows. Ability to manage and multitask multiple organizational projects at different stages. High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business staff. Strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills Ability to use sound judgment and to make decisions based upon analysis. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Certification/License Requirements: Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certification and business process design and improvement training or certification(s).
Schedule
Must reside in the state of CA or willing to self-relocate
Onsite position Monday-Friday with potential hybrid remote schedule after 90 days of employment
