We are seeking the best talent for a Senior Manager, MedTech Technology Communications to join our team. This position has a preferred location of New Brunswick, NJ with consideration given to any J&J hub in the US or Canada.
Purpose
As the Senior Manager, Medtech Technology Communications, you will play a meaningful role in driving our communication strategies for the technology function of our global MedTech business. This is a critical position where you will join a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead the development of technology-related communications to help protect and enhance company reputation.

Reporting to the Senior Director, MedTech Innovation, Supply Chain and Quality Communications and Public Affairs and closely partnering with the J&J Enterprise Technology Communications team, this role will develop and implement communications and change management strategies crafted to drive the MedTech Technology organization's top priorities. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
Anticipated base pay range is $120,000 - $207,000 USD.
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. You will be responsible for

This will include, but not limited to:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic communications and change management programs for the MedTech Technology organization, in alignment with the global MedTech and Technology communications strategies.
- Partner closely and support our MedTech Chief Information Officer on strategic speaking engagements and external communications.
- Collaborate across the MedTech and J&J Technology organizations to bring a global communications strategy to life within MedTech Technology, including:
- Engaging employees through human-centric storytelling that advances the organization's top priorities.
- Communicating business objectives and change programs effectively across audiences in MedTech Technology as well as MedTech -wide.
- Aligning messaging to ensure consistency across all layers of the organization.
- Evaluating and pursuing select high-value external engagements for MedTech Technology leaders.
- Work with global Technology and Communications leaders for day-to-day management and coordination related to technology-related opportunities, issues, and key points.
- Define meaningful metrics to measure impact of change management and communications efforts and report outcomes to leadership.
- Compete in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of all communication materials
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in a communications or public relations role, preferably in the healthcare, MedTech, or technology industry.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messages for different audiences.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and technology landscapes and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling communications.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative work environment.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and positive change in the healthcare industry.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) - preferred but not required
