Position Summary

CVS Health is actively seeking a Director of Print and Mail Operations to oversee and manage east division print and mail. This role encompasses strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure the production and distribution of printed materials and mailings are executed with the highest quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Director will work in close collaboration with other segment leaders to align print and mail operations with the enterprise's overarching business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the implementation of best practices and effective management of customer and vendor relationships.
Develop and manage the annual budget, with a focus on achieving financial targets and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Develop and implement a strategic plan for print and mail operations that aligns with the overarching goals of the enterprise.
Stay informed on industry trends, integrating innovative technologies where possible and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, promptly addressing any service-related issues.
Lead the team in achieving established goals and departmental objectives.
Accomplish staff results by clearly communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance; providing coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary; and developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Foster a work environment that emphasizes trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive teamwork.

Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • 5-8 years of experience managing a team, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies utilized in print and mail operations.

  • Proficient in building relationships, managing conflicts, and negotiating effectively.
  • Solid understanding of business management principles, including strategy, business functions, metrics, decision-making, and workflow.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan and manage successful projects while overseeing risks, costs, timelines, and teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving objectives and delivering value.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, maintaining composure and effectiveness in challenging situations.


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.


Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
