Salary: $110K-$140K (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Structural Engineer to design and oversee the construction of industrial structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for industrial facilities and manufacturing plants.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports for structural projects.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other professionals to ensure integrated project design.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
