As Corporate Strategy Implementation Manager, you will take a leadership role in the execution of high impact corporate projects. You will interact with leaders across the company from our Chief Executive Officer through to various members of our leadership team and with key subject matter experts. Projects will come in various forms and may be connected to our technology, our customers, or our employees. The initiatives that you work on are high impact and your attention to detail, your focus on speed, and your ability to problem solve are critically important.

Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Execution: Translate strategic plans into actionable projects and initiatives
    • Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
    • Problem Solving: Take accountability for solving complex problems by leveraging the technical experience of your colleagues
    • Performance Monitoring: Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs),identify potential roadblocks, and drive through to completion
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation
    • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management
    • Process Improvement: Continuously refining implementation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field
    • Experience: Several years of experience in strategic planning and project management
    • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
    • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certifications are often preferred
