LPL Financial (LPL) is seeking a highly experienced VP, Tech Delivery Enablement overseeing the development and execution of complex technical programs. This role focuses on strategic direction, cross-functional alignment, and high-impact delivery. The VP will lead teams, collaborate with executives, and manage end-to-end product development, ensuring timely and quality delivery while aligning with organizational goals.

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of complex projects and initiatives within the organization.
- Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
- Partner with executive leadership, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and guide technical and product strategies.
- Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
- Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and quality delivery of complex programs and products.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
- Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as vendors, suppliers, customers, investors, analysts, media outlets, government agencies, industry associations, etc.
- Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of progress against project milestones and adjust course as needed.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
- Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
- Identify potential issues early on and address them proactively before they become major problems.
- Coordinate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Ensure timely communication of relevant information to stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and other financial aspects of the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum ten years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated leadership skills in technology environment
