Description

Assistant Professor

  • Clinical duties in the Division of Vascular Surgery within the Department of Surgery to include:
    • 9 clinical sessions per week with effort divided among:
    • Spivey Station
    • Emory University Midtown Hospital
    • 1 session per week for administrative activities
    • Expectation of meeting/exceeding established departmental clinical goals
  • Establish an active outpatient vascular surgical practice in the existing
  • Emory Ambulatory Surgical Center in Spivey Station with adjacent outpatient clinic.
  • Establish relationships with surrounding practice locations including nephrology, dialysis centers, primary care, cardiology, and others.
  • Expectation of meeting/exceeding established departmental clinical goals.
    Call coverage responsibility with the section at Emory University Midtown Hospital (EUHM). EUHM will also serve as the site for inpatient services for patients from the Spivey Station location. As business needs determine, other Emory Healthcare locations may be added to the responsibilities.

  • Responsibilities subject to change at the discretion of departmental leadership to address needs and opportunities.
