Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and creative Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and success of Chargeflow's event strategy.

This role will own all offline (in-person) and online (virtual) events, including industry conferences, hosted dinners, webinars, meetups, podcast guest bookings, and more.

You'll work closely with the marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to deliver events that generate brand awareness, build community, and drive pipeline.

This is a full-time role based in either our Modiin, Israel or New York City - USA office.

Your Arena - Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of all in-person events including trade shows, partner events, client dinners, and internal activations
  • Manage all aspects of virtual events, including webinars, virtual roundtables, and podcast guest coordination
  • Lead event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, booth builds, swag production, travel, and staffing
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, and sales to align events with go-to-market goals
  • Identify new event opportunities and sponsorships that align with Chargeflow's audience and brand positioning
  • Drive post-event follow-up, reporting, and ROI analysis to continuously improve performance
  • Maintain a global events calendar and manage timelines, budgets, and reporting for each initiative
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, partners, and vendors for all event-related matters


Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience managing both virtual and in-person events at a high-growth B2B company or agency with preference for eCommerce/fintech solutions
  • Demonstrated success executing events that drive measurable business results (pipeline, awareness, partner engagement)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Experience managing event budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with executives, partners, and customers
  • Comfortable with webinar and event platforms (e.g., Zoom)
  • Familiarity with podcast workflows and guest booking is a plus
  • Available for occasional travel for domestic or international events
  • Fluent in English
