Solutions Architect - Cloud - Hybrid Server Infrastructure

• Hybrid position with 2 days on site in Austin
• Base Salary 175k - 225k + MBO of 25%

Role & Responsibilities

Lead Solution Development & Architecture

• Customer-1st approach
• Understand server technologies, customer environments, and expectations.

Customer & Technical Engagement

• Collaborate with system architects and software, firmware & thermal domains as well as vendors.
• From leading technical engagements to hands-on support

Commodity Strategy & Supply Chain Optimization

• Develop & execute strategies for CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage & networking sourcing
• Collaborate with manufacturing and Ops to integrate components into production
• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers & technologies

Skills & Experiences

• More than 10 years of relevant engineering experience required
• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Architect or similar
• Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure) and Hyperscale Data Centers
• Deep knowledge and experience with Server Technologies including:
• Processors, memory, storage, networking, power systems
• PCIe, DDR, NVMe, OCP and Component suppliers
• Server hardware sustainability and regulatory compliance and procurement
• Server Architectures (GPUs, x86, ARM)
• Collaboration experience across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Bachelors or advanced degree(s) in EE, CS/E, or similar
