The Yardi System Administrator is accountable for the comprehensive administration and support of the software, encompassing environment security, coordination of software upgrades, implementation of system enhancements, oversight of configuration requests, and management of the open issues log, with the objective of ensuring that business units utilize the system with optimal efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
This role will collaborate closely with Management, Accounting, and Operations teams to support business objectives and ensure alignment across functions, while reporting directly to the IT Property Systems Support Manager.
- Oversee system administration duties, including managing user security groups, onboarding new users, handling security configurations, and ensuring overall user security compliance.
- Coordinate and manage system upgrades, collaborating with business teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for seamless rollout.
- Provide support for data population tasks, including ETL processes as required.
- Maintain property lists to facilitate accurate reporting, including removing obsolete or unused records when necessary.
- Process transaction deletions upon receiving appropriate approvals.
- Monitor the creation of new entities and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Work closely with business teams to gather customization requests, consult on Yardi functionality, document technical requirements and business use cases, and develop detailed project plans with prioritization for implementation.
- Supervise and execute system customizations or configurations to meet organizational needs.
- Manage and utilize Willow Bridge Yardi test databases to ensure all changes undergo thorough testing, minimizing risks to the production environment.
- Assist with data extraction efforts, including running queries to address specific data-related inquiries.
- Continuously assess Willow Bridge's use of Yardi and related processes, contributing to ongoing process enhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree a plus, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate.
- Minium 5 years Yardi support experience.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing relevant Yardi modules or administering the Yardi platform is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience-is required.
- Advanced expertise in Yardi's database architecture, including in-depth knowledge of the Yardi Accounting and Investment Accounting modules, is essential.
- Proficiency in SQL querying and experience with data import/export tools are required.
- Familiarity with, or prior exposure to, the real estate, tax, accounting, investor relations, and/or financial services sectors is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders at all organizational levels, as well as with external vendors.
- Strong capacity to rapidly understand and adapt to Willow Bridge's existing processes, business requirements, and technology ecosystem.
