Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in electrical project management to oversee and drive our projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Utilize project management software (Procore, Blue Beam) for tracking project progress and documentation.
• Conduct project planning and scheduling to optimize resources and timelines.
• Perform take-offs and estimations to develop project budgets.
• Implement quality control management processes to ensure project standards are attained.
• Oversee distributed energy projects, including EV and EV fast charging initiatives.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with EV, EV fast charging projects, and distributed energy project
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Procore, Blue Beam).
• Experience with project planning and scheduling techniques.
• Proficient in conducting take-offs and developing project budgets.
• Strong understanding of quality control management practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
