The Manager, Marketing for Rheem Northeast Distribution (RND) will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across all four RND companies. This role involves crafting targeted campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure effective positioning of our products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand strategy, graphic design, market analysis, and HVAC distribution who can balance enterprise directives with local market needs and work with leadership to adopt best practices for distributor sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will develop impactful marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, increase market share, and bolster sales performance across all four companies within RND.
This position can be based in any of the regions in which Rheem Northeast Distribution operates and will report to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Rheem Northeast Distribution.

Pay scale for this role based in New York City, New York is: $103,896 - $176,688. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning with company goals and industry trends.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, trade shows, retail, and email marketing.
- Develop and support initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share expansion.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling marketing materials, product promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Manage the company's online presence and social media platforms in collaboration with Ecommerce Specialist
- Manage external communications and collaborate with HR and other teams for internal communications
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and vendors.
- Stay informed on HVAC industry developments and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Rheem Air Distribution Marketing leadership and outside ad agencies to develop and execute campaigns and collateral in alignment with brand standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the HVAC, distribution, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc).
- Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing proficiency
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in messaging
- Results-oriented mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or similar promotional efforts is a plus.
- Ability to creatively and effectively design and present marketing content, including the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports
