*This role is on-site 5 days per week, at our midtown Atlanta Headquarters*

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Early Career Programs Leader to design, develop, and execute a best-in-class early career talent strategy. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of NCR Voyix's workforce by building programs that attract, engage, and develop top early career talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our internship program globally, building strategic partnerships with universities and consulting firms, and leading a team of University Relations recruiters. You will collaborate closely with senior business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to ensure that our early career initiatives align with NCR Voyix's broader talent strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader in early career talent development who has successfully built and scaled similar programs in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive measurable impact through innovative early career initiatives.

The role requires 25% travel to attend university recruiting events, career fairs, and partnership meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Lead Early Career Strategy - Design and implement programs to attract, engage, and retain top early career talent.
  • Manage the Internship Program - Oversee the full cycle of internship recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and conversion into full-time hires.
  • University & Consulting Partnerships - Build strategic partnerships with universities and external firms to create pipelines for high-potential early career talent.
  • Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team of University Relations recruiters, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and create tailored early career initiatives.
  • Metrics & Program Evaluation - Track success metrics, report on program effectiveness, and continuously optimize for impact.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in university recruiting, early career programs, or talent acquisition within a tech company.
  • Proven ability to build and scale internship or early career programs from the ground up.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships with universities, consulting firms, or other external talent sources.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading recruiters or program teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze program success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Global experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for recruitment events and partnership meetings.
