Manager Service & Delivery
The Information Technology Department has an opening for a Service and Delivery Manager I which entails overseeing our service and delivery support for both retail and backstage operations in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, and New Mexico. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals and managing their day-to-day activities, interacting with our associate customers, store visits, and ensuring our efforts are aligned with the company's technology needs and objectives.

What you will be doing
The Information Technology Department has an opening for a Service and Delivery Manager overseeing the Retail Stores based in and around Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, and New Mexico.as well as some backstage responsibilities. The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure, systems, and policies. The role involves leading a team of IT professionals to ensure that the company's technology needs are met and aligned with business objectives.
The manager's responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of this vital team, balancing the workload of the technicians in addition to in-person related tasks and remote requests.
The position will be based in Centennial, CO.

The salary range is $ 77,330 to $ 100,562 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits include, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, optional life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).

Main responsibilities:
- Lead Local I.T. Field Service Employees within Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, and New Mexico.
- Schedule support staff for service and delivery projects.
- Manage day- to-day service levels of I.T. equipment repairs.
- Maintain and Monitor Service Level Agreements and Related Resource Analytics.
- Responsible for Lifecycle Management Program of Related Assets (inc. Inventory Control and Disposition).
- Collaborate with Other Teams within the IT Organization on Related Projects and Implementations.
- Provide high level of customer service for backstage equipment (PCs, Laptops, Printers, and wireless technologies at Backstage Offices, Distribution Center and Manufacturing Plants in Colorado and Wyoming.
- Ensure timely completion of all requests for new equipment, new hire set ups, and other associated activities.
- Identify and Drive Organizational Change and Process Optimization Opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other departments within the company.
- Manage projects related to the implementation of new systems and technology.
- Continue to support and build on our amazing workplace culture.
What we are searching for
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an IT or Business Management role; Project Management experience also desired.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience with Information Technology environment and related Service Delivery (including Support).
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Customer Service Focus: Retail/Backstage IT Experience Preferred.
- Understanding of Albertsons Companies I.T. Infrastructure, Standards, and Methodology.
- Exceptional Communication skills (written and oral), customer service skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Project Management skills and delegation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage work details and enhance Teamwork.
