Description:

As the Cabinet Program Manager, you will provide guidance, orders support and product knowledge to our Collision Services customer and distribution base participating in the Cabinet program. This includes being responsible for Service level agreement performance, workflow management and the participation in Collision Services related projects. You will partner with other departments and leadership for all aspects related to service and growth generation. Reporting directly to the Global Commercial Excellence Director you will recommend operational improvements as this role is developed, and the market expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily service of the cabinet program operations, as it pertains to order receipt, flow, and execution. This includes the product and ordering support for distributors and aftermarket customers.
  • Recommend out against defined Service level agreements
  • Ownership for tracking and reporting service failures with a plan to recommend, share and complete corrective actions
  • Ensure consistency in and acceptable levels of service are provided through the ongoing management and creation of process, process mapping and procedures
  • Responsible for the design and updates of the cabinet program and staying updated on the technology to support or propose changes.
  • Be the advocate for service as it relates to systems, business process, market strategy
  • Work with MDMO and Purchasing teams for all appropriate system set-ups
  • Stay current on all Collision Services procedures, guidelines, technical knowledge and strategy

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience required
  • Oracle knowledge
  • Product knowledge along with an understanding of purchasing/tolling practices
