Job Description:

The role of the IT Service Delivery Manager at Johnson & Johnson Technology Services is a strategic professional responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of IT digital services within the organization. This pivotal role serves as a bridge between the IT department and the business units, ensuring that digital technology solutions align with organizational objectives and meet the evolving needs of end-users. The Service Delivery Manager will act as the driving force behind the seamless integration of IT services, managing planning and implementation to ongoing support and optimization. Job Purpose

The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to an organization's internal and external customers. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that IT operations align with business objectives, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and provide a seamless user experience. Additionally, this role will bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing IT service strategies and processes to optimize service quality, efficiency, and experience
  • Monitoring and analyzing service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as IT operations, development, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Managing service requests, incidents, and problem escalations to meet customer expectations
  • Conducting regular service reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of IT service management tools and processes (e.g., ITSM, ITIL)
  • Coordinating and managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on service performance and addressing concerns
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices
  • Driving innovation and best practices at the site level

Education
  • Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science or Equivalent is required

Experience
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a related field required
  • Life Sciences industry experience preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000-$172,500

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
