Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr Business Communications Partner, and as part of the Corporate Communications team, the Communications Advisor plays a key supporting role in developing and delivering strategic communications that advance the company's priorities and engage business units and executive leadership. The Advisor brings strong writing, editing, and planning skills, combined with strategic insight and creative thinking, to help shape clear, compelling communications across a variety of channels.
In this collaborative role, the Advisor will contribute to a wide range of communications materials and projects, supporting team members across the department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build and refine communications expertise through exposure to diverse files, stakeholders, and channels.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

- Contribuer aux projets et programmes pour soutenir les besoins en communication stratgique pour des units commerciales et fonctions spcifiques.
- Soutenir le dveloppement de conseils en communication stratgique pour les dirigeants seniors.
- Jouer un rle essentiel dans la russite de l'excution des campagnes et initiatives de communication auprs des publics internes et externes.
- Contribuer la mise en uvre de campagnes d'engagement des employs innovantes et cratives.
- Rdiger et rviser divers supports de communication destins divers publics et canaux (prsentations, courriels excutifs, discours, vidos, lments de langage).
- Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'quipe de communication pour contribuer aux objectifs globaux de l'quipe.
- Grer et coordonner les consultants externes et divers fournisseurs.
Exigences du poste
- Diplme de licence en Communications ou Journalisme.
- Plus de 3 ans d'exprience en communication avec un primtre de poste similaire.
- Comptences en communication verbale et crite en anglais et en franais.
- Penseur stratgique capable de communiquer des sujets complexes divers publics.
- Forte comprhension des communications d'entreprise.
- Orient vers les rsultats, avec un fort sens du service client.
- Excellentes comptences interpersonnelles et d'influence; capacit tablir de solides relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Capacit travailler et s'panouir dans un environnement rapide, volume lev, collaboratif et itratif.
- Capacit grer plusieurs priorits tout en se concentrant sur la ralisation de projets cls.
- Professionnalisme, confidentialit et bon jugement pour travailler sur des projets touchant tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Matrise des applications Microsoft Office et des outils de communication.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects and programs to support strategic communications needs for specific business units and functions
- Support the development of strategic communications advice for senior leaders.
- Play an essential role for the successful execution of communications campaigns and initiatives with both internal and external audiences
- Contribute to implementing innovative and creative employee engagement campaigns
- Write and edit a variety of communications material intended for various audiences and channels (presentations, executive emails, speeches, videos, talking points)
- Work in collaboration with other members of the Communications team to contribute to the overall team's objectives
- Manage and liaise external consultants and various suppliers
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism
- 3+ years of experience in communications with similar job scope
- Verbal and written communications skills in English and French
- Strategic thinker and ability to communicate complex topics to various audiences
- Strong understanding of corporate communications
- Results-oriented, with a strong customer-service ethic
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, high volume, collaborative and iterative environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while focusing on delivering key projects
- Professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment for work on projects touching all levels of the organization
- Mastery of Microsoft Office applications and communication tools
- Comfort with digital communications platforms and a willingness to explore emerging tools, including AI, to enhance content development and delivery.
