Geodesicx is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead its Mid-Atlantic Region (MAR), which specializes in shipboard navigation sales and equipment integration, depot-level repair, and OEM product support for key government clients including the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy. The MAR Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving regional growth, managing contract execution, and sustaining OEM partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for regional operations, including project execution, quoting, and opportunity capture.
- Manage the full spectrum of MAR activities: services delivery, depot repairs, installation efforts, and VAR product sales.
- Maintain direct relationships with key government customers and OEM partners.
- Drive revenue growth through opportunity identification, quoting strategies, and pipeline development.
- Oversee quality, schedule, and financial performance across all MAR projects.
- Support proposal development, pricing, and bid strategies for new and follow-on work.
- Foster a culture of accountability, workforce resiliency, and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, FAR/DFARS clauses, and internal quality systems (ISO 9001:2015).
- Develop and mentor MAR staff, identifying training needs and succession planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in defense services or shipboard integration.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving contract growth.
- Familiarity with OEM navigation products and depot repair services.
- Strong understanding of government contracting, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and CPFF/FFP/T&M contracting models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within the Mid-Atlantic region and select CONUS/OCONUS locations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with NIWC Atlantic, USCG SFLC, and MSC environments.
- Familiarity with JAMIS ERP and quoting systems.
- Prior experience with VAR sales and warranty support models.
