Job Summary
Program Leader, Adult Outpatient Psychiatry:
Support day-to-day operations within the clinic
Manage Utilization Review program
Address staff challenges related to productivity, record keeping, and documentation
Interview prospective clinicians and coordinate on-boarding/orientation/Epic training
Participate in 3-site meetings to implement MGB initiatives across all three OPMH clinics

Qualifications

Education
Master's Degree Social Work required or Master's Degree PSYCHOLOGY required or Master's Degree Counseling required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials
Social Worker [Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - LICSW - State License] or Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC - State License]

Experience
Experience in a behavioral health setting 5-7 years required and Experience in a management or leadership role 3-5 years required and Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment 3-5 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of behavioral health regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in behavioral health service delivery.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements for behavioral health services.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
