The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Propulsion Procurement Finance Manager based out of Everett, Washington.
The Senior Finance Manager for Propulsion leads a dynamic team with responsibility for over $5B in annual spend, managing unique contracts that require significant cross functional integration and strategic thinking.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The Senior Finance Manager for Propulsion leads a dynamic team with responsibility for over $5B in annual spend, managing unique contracts that require significant cross functional integration and strategic thinking.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coaches and develops employees performing cost/price analysis, financial and operational analysis of supplier risk, quantitative should cost and affordability analysis for engines and other related propulsion systems and structures
- Provides guidance on project management, executive presentations, negotiation strategies and process compliance
- Makes recommendations to Senior Supply Chain and Finance leaders on business decisions with significant impact
- Partners with Supply Chain, Revenue Management, Contracts, Sales, Business Operations, Estimating and others to develop best value solutions to complex business issues
- Supports development of Cost as an Independent Variable (CAIV) actions with design teams to enable affordable solutions
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
- Experience as a manager of people
- Experience using financial analysis for the purposes of decision making
- Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

- Ability to lead and develop teams

- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
