As a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing cybersecurity projects that protect the organization's information systems and data. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Honeywell's security posture and help drive ongoing improvements across a broad range of security domains.

You will report directly to our Senior Manager of Cyber Security and work remotely from any United States location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage Honeywell Global Security projects across various domains, including cybersecurity, physical security, product security, and industrial security
Oversee project status and updates using required reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery
Ensure projects adhere to applicable cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align efforts and achieve project milestones
Provide regular and transparent project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $142K-$177K Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.YOU MUST HAVE
4+ years of experience in cyber security project management or related field
Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies, including CMMC, NIST and other compliance frameworks.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Ability to work is a faced paced and fluid environment

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP
Experience leading cross-functional project teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Proven success in implementing cybersecurity initiatives across large enterprises
