Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Vice President of Identity and Access Management within the Chief Security Office (CSO). The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including securing meeting rooms, setting up conference calls, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Deputy CISO, Vice President, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various departments and teams within the organization.


Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events, such as team meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Handle all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and travel arrangements for attendees.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials, agendas, and follow-up communications.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a cybersecurity or technology environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.


Job Contribution:

An entry-level professional with foundational knowledge, applying company policies to routine issues. Follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work. Contributes to project fulfillment and organizational objectives, influencing productivity and expenditures.

Our Sr Associate Assistant Sr Mgr, earns between $71,900.00-$107,900.00 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
