Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, state agencies, and board committees to identify housing and facility needs aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Oversee property searches, acquisitions, real estate transactions.
- Serve as project manager from planning through completion, coordinating with contractors, inspectors, vendors, maintenance staff, and program teams.
- Manage bids, budgets, inspections, and all necessary documentation to ensure projects meet timelines and cost goals.
- Supervise the Director of Facilities who manages and triage's facility-related work orders and blanket maintenance requests via systems such as Fresh desk to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Source and evaluate services for landscaping, snow removal, alarms, fire prevention, etc., including contract review and comparisons
- Manage properties, leases, and landlord relations.
- Housekeeping/Cleaning Contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Facilities Certificates, Permits, City fees, and licenses, lead life safety reviews.
- Supervise the Food Services Director who coordinates food service updates and supervises kitchen operations in collaboration with the food services employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in housing development, real estate, or project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and become proficient in Oracle.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
