The Omni-Channel Planning & Transportation Manager will lead the integrated planning, forecasting, and transportation functions across all digital and physical retail channels. This role ensures seamless product flow, accurate demand planning, and timely delivery to meet customer expectations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, eCommerce, and logistics partners to align inventory, forecast accuracy, and transportation execution.

CA Pay Range is $145,000 - $160,000 annually
Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.

What You'll Do
- Develop and manage demand forecasts across eCommerce and retail channels using historical data, trends, and business insights. Collaborate with sales, marketing, inventory, and eCommerce operations to align forecasts, inventory targets, and promotional plans.
- Lead SKU-level planning and replenishment strategies to reduce out-of-stocks and overstock scenarios.
- Support S&OP processes with detailed forecasting and logistics insights.
- Forecast freight and fulfillment needs by location to optimize omni-channel performance.
- Oversee end-to-end transportation operations, including domestic freight, last-mile, backhaul, and ship-from-store logistics.
- Manage relationships with 3PLs, fulfillment, carriers, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Optimize transportation network design, carrier selection, and home delivery strategies for scalability and efficiency.
- Lead reverse logistics operations, including returns processing, liquidation
- Transportation provider, collaboration, and claims management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline returns handling, minimize waste, and enhance customer service.
- Utilize analytics to monitor customer service trends and improve service levels.
- Drive supply chain initiatives focused on cost savings, service improvements, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, eCommerce operations, and/or transportation management.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel retail, inventory optimization, and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency with planning tools, ERP systems, and Excel; experience with forecasting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
