This position is located at our Independence, Ohio, location. The ability to work in our office, with a hybrid schedule, is required.

About the Position and the Team

This position is located at our Independence, OH office and reports directly to the Manager of our Professional Services team. The Senior Business Intelligence Developer position is responsible for supporting and enhancing solutions we have implemented for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate sessions to gather client project requirements
  • Design creative deliverables according to client requests
  • Hit project deadlines to ensure projects stay on time and on budget
  • Lead development teams through the implementation and testing of our Business Intelligence Solutions
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain business processes. Knowledge of other business process areas a plus: Finance, Sales, AR, AP, Manufacturing
  • Stay current with skills in data warehousing concepts, database development, and the related Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies
  • Designing and implementing dashboards, web-based reports, excel pivot tables for advanced business analytics
  • Job responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization's values

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Analytics, or a relevant degree
  • 3+ years of Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse implementation experience, including leading development teams
  • Microsoft Business Intelligence experience including, SQL Server, PowerBI, Azure Data Factory, Analysis Services, Synapse Analytics
  • Ability to convey information to non-technical clients in a clear and concise manner
  • A logical approach to problem-solving
