Description:
At Salud Para La Gente, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provider Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing and talent strategy to attract top-notch physicians, psychiatrists, and Dentists, including (PAs and NPs) to our Clinics.
Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a robust multi-channel sourcing approach for clinical positions, including development of relationships with residency and advanced nursing programs, industry events, social media sourcing, direct sourcing/cold calling, and digital/direct mail/texting campaigns.
Establish a pipeline of talented clinicians for current and future hiring needs.
Manage the recruitment team - including the hiring, management, and coaching of the team; support the strong collaboration amongst the team and with other departments, leaders and key stakeholders.
Meet established sourcing and hiring goals for self and recruitment team.
Manage collaborative relationships with clinical hiring leaders and external partners (residency programs and recruitment vendors).
Develop an effective, scalable system for candidate flow and management through ATS and other database sources, sourcing tools, texting/email platforms to ensure premier candidate experience, organization, and efficiency.
Leverage a "hunter" mentality through finding and sourcing high-caliber leads on an ongoing basis through cold calling, texting, email campaigns, events, social media, and direct mail.
Keep current on clinical hiring trends, compensation ranges/programs, and competitor/industry changes.
Work with clinical and senior leadership teams on programs to improve and maximize positive candidate and clinician experience.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep physician and broader provider recruitment experience required with a strong closing track record.
- Experience recruiting physicians, psychiatrists, dentists, PAs, NPs and nursing is a strong plus.
- Passionate about hunting for premier passive candidates through extensive research, cold calling, and keeping a pulse on the marketplace with a clear track record of results in delivering hard-to-fill clinical positions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact and build credibility quickly at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Self-motivated, organized with strong attention to detail.
- Process and systems savvy, with experience maintaining CRM and ATS functionality and data for teams.
- Strong data orientation; able to leverage reporting and funnel metrics to diagnose and solve against identified search barriers or process issues.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing provider contracts, leveraging the right internal teams to drive deals to close.
- Growth mindset.
- Action-focused and proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing business required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Paylocity is a plus), project management, media, and Boolean search strategies.
- Prior experience in developing and managing sourcing campaigns - including email, texting, social, web-based, and direct mail.
- Prior candidate data acquisition and management experience, including driving teams to data credibility and consistency in documentation approach.
- Prior experience developing and executing both virtual and in-person events.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, engaging demeanor that relates well with clinicians.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
