As the Vice President, Client Success, you will serve in a pivotal strategic leadership role responsible for leading our client relationships while driving business growth and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction across the Moore enterprise. This role requires a sophisticated blend of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, business acumen and leadership excellence. The ideal candidate will possess the unique ability to balance expert relationship management while ensuring successful data-driven growth strategies and flawless execution of client programs are implemented. In this role, the Vice President, Client Success will lead a team of talented and experienced client relationship partners.

Your Impact:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies that align with overall business objectives for multiple non-profit clients.
  • Ensure outstanding client satisfaction through proactive relationship management, resolving complex client issues and serving as an escalation point for critical accounts.
  • Collaborate with management to develop innovative solutions for prospective and existing clients, continuously seeking to delight our clients and expand our services.
  • In partnership with agency teams, develop and execute an integrated communications and fundraising strategy, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting regularly to both the client and Moore leadership.
  • Ensure exceptional quality across all client deliverables, from strategy to creative execution.
  • Create an empowering work environment with comprehensive training and resources for team development.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams, encouraging cross-disciplinary collaboration and creative problem-solving to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Ensure thorough training on planning and audience reporting, utilizing research tools and strong communication skills.


Your Profile:
  • 8-10 years of agency experience.
  • 5 years of Direct marketing fundraising experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in marketing, business, or equivalent from accredited college or university.
  • Well-versed in all forms of media including direct mail, print, broadcast, non-traditional media, as well as interactive/online marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling client accounts with a track-record of delivering high client satisfaction scores.
  • Understanding of complex business concepts and how direct marketing supports clients' strategic goals.
  • Ability to form insights related to client reporting and manipulate data to uncover strategic insights.
  • Experience in managing and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain high-level executive relationships and substantive speaking, writing and presentation skills.
